Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Specialist Palliative Care Service (South) community team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide safe, quality, and clinically appropriate nursing care to patients and their families in partnership with other health professionals.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing clinical leadership and evidence-based specialist advice in palliative care. You will work collaboratively with primary and secondary health care providers to deliver excellence in end-of-life care and achieve optimal comfort and quality of life for people with complex palliative care needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, quality, and clinically appropriate nursing care to patients and their families in partnership with other health professionals.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this role, you must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse and have a current Driver's Licence.
