About the Role

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to work in a school setting in Calabasas, California. This full-time position involves assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and needs
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
  • Implementing therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to address patients' specific needs and promote recovery
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Educating patients and their families on home exercises and strategies to facilitate continued progress and independence

Requirements

  • Master's degree (or higher) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred
  • Familiar with IEPs
