Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional/Caregiver to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a comfortable home setting.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in recreational activities, such as shopping, bowling, or fishing.
  • Use mentoring and coaching skills to teach individuals self-reliance and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the CRSI team to ensure high-quality care and support.
