Position Title: Electrical Technician

Position Overview:

  • Measure, bend, assemble, and cut electrical conduit with precision.
  • Execute wire pulling through conduit effectively.
  • Splice wires to ensure proper connections.
  • Connect wires to lighting fixtures and power equipment efficiently.
  • Install breaker panels to enhance electrical distribution.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment or systems.
  • Install and connect power cables and grounding leads securely.
  • Carry out various electrical installations and wiring tasks as required.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with some relevant experience. A fundamental understanding of electrical systems and tools is essential.

Skill Set:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting tape measures.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills are necessary.
  • Familiarity with 6S principles is advantageous.
  • Understanding of torque specifications is required.
  • Ability to interpret job specifications accurately.

Physical Requirements:

This position necessitates standing, handling objects, walking, and occasional lifting. Candidates should possess good vision and physical endurance.

Work Environment: Onsite
