Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavior Therapist to join our team at Beacon ABA Services. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing early intervention services to young learners, primarily between 2-3 years old.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to children in their homes, focusing on establishing foundational skills for a lifetime of success
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Special Education)
• At least 1 year of experience working with young children, preferably in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Ability to sit on the floor, stand up, and lift children or objects weighing up to 50 lbs
• Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle for travel between client homes

• Competitive hourly rate: $27.27 per hour
