About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Lippert. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks that require attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment in accordance with company safety guidelines
  • Load and unload metal into manual or automated punch machines
  • Perform basic machine setup and maintenance
  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the shift leader or production manager
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and follow prescribed safety regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math calculations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
