Job Summary

CentraCare Benson Hospital is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our medical team. As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring high-quality support and compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct nursing care to assigned patients, adapting to individual needs and preferences.
  • Assess patient needs and contribute to comprehensive care plans, working collaboratively with the RN/Charge Nurse.
  • Effectively communicate patient care information and status updates to the RN/Charge Nurse.
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required.
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
  • Ability to understand patients' medical records, physician orders, and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.
