Facilitate medical record abstraction for gap closure and data gathering
Maintain productivity levels as specified by the QI Department
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and member confidentiality requirements

Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Associates Degree in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing
Required Skills:
5 years of recent HEDIS abstractions/overreads experience
Proficiency in HEDIS measures and Quality Measures
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Knowledge of clinical practices and medical terminology
Proficiency in MS Office and web-based technology
