As a Steam and Chemical Plant Piping Expert, you will be responsible for designing, fabricating, assembling, installing and maintaining piping and piping systems, fixtures, and equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Selecting type and size of pipe and related materials according to job specifications.
- Inspection of work sites to determine presence of obstructions and to ascertain that holes will not cause structural weakness.
- Development of piping plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
