The OMNI Processing Specialist plays a crucial role in managing various financial transactions and ensuring accurate statement processing. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $16.00/hr.
Main Responsibilities:This role encompasses a variety of essential duties, including:
- Executing OMNI transactions as per the Task Desk assignments to resolve transaction issues.
- Evaluating transaction edits prepared by fellow OMNI processors.
- Participating in rotation across different desks within the OMNI Processing Unit, including contributions, enrollments, distributions/loans, dividend postings, and trust accounting.
- Conducting nightly trading activities, typically occurring twice a month.
- Ensuring the prompt processing of all transactions.
- Completing ASPA's RPF1 and RPF2 training courses.
- Providing assistance with filing tasks when required.
- Offering telephone support as needed.
- Helping with statement generation as necessary.
- Contributing to various operational projects as directed by the supervisor.
- A two-year degree in Accounting or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of one year of experience in Accounting, Payroll, or a relevant office environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with general computer skills.
