Job Overview

Challenger Sports is seeking energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to lead our Tiny Tykes programs, providing a fun and fundamental introduction to the game for young players aged 2-6.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $20-$30 per class, with pay based on experience level and opportunities for bonuses. Coaches will be paid weekly, with a consistent schedule over the 6-10 week season.

Job Description

As a Tiny Tykes coach, you will teach introductory skills of soccer through engaging games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45-60 minutes each. Our expert-designed curriculum introduces young soccer stars to basic skills while developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

  • Coaches will be provided with uniforms, equipment, training, and a curriculum to follow.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

  • Criminal Background Check or willingness to begin application.
  • Awareness of current first aid procedures.
  • A personable, highly energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Playing/coaching experience preferred.
  • Valid work authorization.
