Mixologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with all alcohol service regulations.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
• Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages according to established recipes
• Verify legal age requirements for all customers
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and ensure the responsible service of alcohol
• Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their needs and preferences
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
