Job Summary

Peachtree Wellness Solutions is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our clients. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for administering medication, taking vital signs, and assessing the medical needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and take vital signs as needed
  • Assess the medical needs of clients and report to the medical team as required
  • Attend staff trainings and meetings to stay up-to-date on policies and procedures
  • Complete client nursing admissions, including intake surveys, blood draws, TB testing, and GeneSight swabbing
  • Ensure confidentiality and protect patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and referral sources
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex client needs
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure
  • Ability to work with chemically dependent and psychiatric clients in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with people in recovery or mental health treatment is a plus
