Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and install components in accordance with multi-page blueprints
  • Understand and interpret blueprints, including Loctite and torque specifications
  • Safely use manual or hand-powered tools to assemble equipment
  • Perform process inspections and checklists to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to a Lean 5S program
  • Meet attendance and punctuality requirements

Requirements:

  • Industry experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Ability to operate hand jacks, pallet trucks, cranes, jib cranes, and hoists
  • Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a production environment

Mental Demands:

  • Ability to work at a steady pace and meet deadlines
  • Ability to use measuring tools and calibration requirements
  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic and read and interpret blueprints

Working Conditions:

  • Adhere to time and attendance requirements
  • Work in various environments, including office and production settings
  • Overtime may be required
