Job Summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for recommending loan solutions to clients, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized loan solutions.
    • Manage a portfolio of customer relationships to ensure timely and effective communication.
  • Loan Solutions and Sales
    • Recommend loan solutions to clients in accordance with lending guidelines and client requirements.
    • Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services to clients.
    • Manage customer pipeline for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
    • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
    • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Skills and Competencies
    • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
