Position Overview:

As a Certified Sales Consultant, your primary role will be to deliver outstanding customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new sales opportunities. You will be expected to comprehend customer requirements, offer insightful product knowledge, and adeptly guide clients towards making informed purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master our established sales methodology to effectively address customer needs.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Participate in impactful sales events to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with our Interior Designer to support our complimentary design services.
  • Educate customers on product offerings and features.
  • Manage customer orders and payments, ensuring a seamless experience until full satisfaction is achieved.
  • Create a welcoming and engaging in-store atmosphere for all customers.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Associate degree in business or two years of experience in retail sales.
  • Business casual attire is required.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient negotiation and critical thinking abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Foster a client-centric approach to development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to adhere to a consistent schedule, including weekends and most holidays.
  • Must pass a background check to ensure the safety of team members and customers.
