Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced-level patient care to individuals with high-complexity needs, utilizing your expertise in occupational therapy to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient progress.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a focus on high-complexity patient care.
  • Eligibility for licensure to practice in Illinois.
  • CPR certification and VAD awareness training.
