Salary
$22-$27 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description
We are seeking responsible, compassionate, and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our rapidly growing team. As an RBT at Discovery ABA, you will provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Your responsibilities will include implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collecting data on client progress and behavior, and collaborating with caregivers and other team members to support consistent implementation of treatment plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and RBT certification is strongly preferred. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is required, and RBT 40-hour course certification is also required. Tricare certification is a plus.
