About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Roadway Project Manager to join our team in Texas/Oklahoma. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading engineering design teams on various transportation projects, including highway and roadway projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project production by tracking charging of manhours, costs, and expenses to projects.
  • Coordinate project meetings with the project team, regulatory agencies, the client, and others involved with the projects.
  • Identify new roadway and highway business opportunities and participate in project presentations to clients and other external groups.
  • Participate in project opportunity evaluation, consultant selection, and the preparation of firm's qualification/experience statements.
  • Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
Requirements
  • BS and/or MS in Engineering.
  • 10+ years of engineering experience.
  • Must have highway/roadway design and project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Schematic and/or PS&E processes is essential.
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project financial management and team management skills.
