Job Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop effective nursing interventions to meet those needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.
  • Utilize an appropriate tool for assessment and reassessment of patient pain.
  • Report pertinent information to appropriate individuals and educate patients and significant others about their medications.
  • Maintain standards of nursing care and implement policies and procedures of the hospital and assigned nursing unit.
Qualifications

Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN.

One (1) year of acute care and/or operating room RN experience.

Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.

This position is very active and requires ambulating, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs.
