Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager at GP Mobile, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. You will be the primary point of contact for employees and customers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets, manage store operations, and develop your team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee development.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of management experience in retail sales.
  • 2-4 years of sales and sales management experience.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
