Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Nurse in our ED, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state
- 1-3 years of experience in emergency nursing
- BSN degree preferred
- ACLS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications required within specified timeframes
