Job Description

  • Direct Client Support: Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide engaging, therapeutic sessions that incorporate sensory activities, play-based learning, and skill development exercises.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Accurately record client progress and data into our electronic system. Contribute to ongoing assessments and program modifications by providing detailed observations and insights.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Participate in weekly team meetings with the BCBA to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and any concerns. Maintain open communication with parents/caregivers regarding their child's development and goals.
  • Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including quarterly in-service training sessions and workshops. Stay informed about best practices in ABA therapy and contribute to a culture of continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Physical stamina to engage in active play and movement with clients
