Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CDL Driver to join our transportation team at Fastenal. As a Full-time Driver (DOT - CDL), you will be responsible for delivering products from our distribution centers to branches and customer on-site locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a safe and well-maintained tractor trailer or straight truck
  • Unload product from trucks by hand, pallet jack, or by forklift
  • Provide excellent service to our branches and customers by delivering product in a prompt and efficient manner
  • Interact with our shipping and receiving departments
  • Maintain a clean work environment within our equipment
  • Comply with DOT and Fastenal safety regulations
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Possess or be currently in progress of obtaining a Commercial Driver's License
  • Possess a current Health Card or have the ability to obtain one
  • Possess a current Haz Mat endorsement or have the ability to obtain one (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
  • Meet Fastenal driving record requirements
