Shift Details: 2-2-3 Rotation, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Starting Hourly Wage: $20.08/hr
This position is crucial within our operations.
General Overview:
The role involves performing a comprehensive range of cleaning tasks associated with maintaining assigned facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Maintain sanitation standards, including cleaning and painting.
- Operate material handling equipment.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Ensure floor cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Monthly cleaning of external docks.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Ability to work for extended periods under pressure to achieve results.
- Basic mathematical skills.
- Follow directions accurately.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Decision-making skills and comfort with ambiguity.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least three to six months of experience in a distribution center setting.
