Job Summary

The individual selected for this position will be responsible for preparing and decorating cakes for various occasions. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a positive working relationship with customers, team members, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cake inventory and out-dates daily
• Receive and process cake orders in a timely manner
• Manage cake and icing inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
• Maintain a clean and organized cake decorating station, adhering to sanitation procedures
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
• Stock and maintain product displays according to quality and merchandising standards
• Potential for working in our deli and bakery areas, requiring flexibility and adaptability
