Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Plaza Tire Service. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing hands-on work on customer vehicles, directing shop personnel, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform brake jobs, suspension component replacements, alignments, front-end part replacements, and other vehicle repairs
  • Direct and supervise shop personnel to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire repairs, and replacements
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in automotive repair and maintenance

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods

Working Conditions:

The Automotive Technician will work in a well-equipped shop with moderate to loud noises, dust, and other environmental factors. The temperature in the work environment may vary, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
