We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Clerk to join our team at Greer's Markets. As a Deli Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and Assist Customers: Greet all customers in a friendly and courteous manner, respond to their questions and requests, and explain store policies as needed.
  • Sales and Service: Sell, select, and wrap/package products for customers, and write down special orders and requests as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Enter customer purchases into the cash register, receive payment, and make change when applicable.
  • Store Maintenance: Prepare and organize the cooler, freezer, and preparation areas for receipt of merchandise.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
