We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker. As a member of our Behavioral Framework team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
About the Role
This is a home-based position that requires a candidate who is passionate about working with children in a family environment. You will be responsible for providing direct care and support to children with autism, helping them develop essential skills and behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and record data on client behavior
- Write progress notes and maintain program books
- Participate in treatment and parent training
- Provide direct client care following behavioral protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move up to 100lbs
- Physical presence at the assigned job site
