Key Responsibilities

Main Duties:

  • Troubleshooting electronic systems
  • Managing temperature control, CNC systems, and P.L.C. operations
  • Installation and evaluation of control systems
  • Diagnosing issues with laser systems
  • Ordering components according to manufacturer specifications
  • Conducting optical tasks
  • Ensuring adherence to Company Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Management (QCM)
  • Maintaining awareness of ISO and Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS) quality standards
  • Facilitating cross-training among department personnel
  • Complying with all health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Promoting the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
  • Maintaining regular and dependable attendance

Additional Duties:

  • Mechanical repair and setup of CNC equipment
  • Operating machinery (mills, lathes, grinders), EDM P/S furnaces
  • Controlling automatic P.L.C. logic systems
  • Assisting with various tasks within the facility as required
