Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread and pastries for our cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet the needs of our cafes
  • Ensure all baked goods meet Panera Bread's quality standards
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to manage your workload and prioritize tasks

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
