**Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled professional to provide mental health services, consultation, and education to families and community partners. Your primary responsibility will be to provide intervention and treatment services based on an initial assessment for each family referred or requesting service. You will use an ecological approach in working with families, incorporating a family systems model which includes human development, cognitive behavioral, and attachment theories.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide mental health intervention and treatment services to families and children
* Facilitate strategies that help families improve interactions and comfort levels within larger community settings
* Provide mental and behavioral health consultation to individuals within the community, including teachers, social workers, school staff, and other community partners and service providers

**Requirements**

* Master's degree in a human services field
* Current license issued by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board
* Knowledge of DSM diagnostic procedure
* Intervention skills that foster individual and family growth
