Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to enhance our skilled workforce. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive and professional demeanor, with aspirations for career advancement within our organization.

Compensation: $36.00 per hour, based on experience, plus an incentive program.

Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as required.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Expertise in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of refrigerant, gas, and electric heating systems, including troubleshooting and installation of residential and light commercial units.
  • Capability to mentor and oversee junior staff.
  • Strong safety awareness regarding tools, testing devices, and work environment.
  • General understanding of HVAC low voltage systems.
  • Ability to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
  • Participation in leadership training programs.
  • Commitment to ongoing HVAC education, with a minimum of 20 hours annually.
  • Proficiency in testing and balancing HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of applicable codes for residential and light commercial projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Dynamic and energetic personality.
  • Highly organized with the capacity to work autonomously.
  • NATE Certification(s).
  • CFC Certification.
