Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic provides patient-centered, high-quality academic medicine in a compassionate and equitable manner, while delivering a best-in-class work experience to every member of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer physical therapy treatment plans to patients.
  • Provide non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
  • Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
  • Notify physical therapist or Director of any equipment failures and/or lack of supplies.
  • Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
  • Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
  • Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
