Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Clinic hours vary based on business needs.

Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinics, you will deliver professional direct and indirect services to various age groups in rehabilitation settings. You will utilize process improvement to achieve the objectives of the Sports Med and Rehab Department, practicing both autonomously and collaboratively to provide optimal care.

Your Contributions to the Team:

  • Promote evidence-based care standards and engage in lifelong learning through research and clinical practice education.
  • Build referral relationships by marketing to physicians and participating in community events.
  • Establish Physical Therapy diagnoses and develop care plans, making referrals as necessary.
  • Design and implement treatment plans that adhere to practice standards and patient needs.

Qualifications Needed for Success:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida or holding a Temporary State of Florida permit.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or clinical rotations in an outpatient setting.
