Job Summary

As a Sales Floor Associate in General Merchandise at Walmart, you will play a key role in helping customers find what they need. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, tidying up displays, and removing trash and debris.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.

  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
