About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech therapy services to our young clients. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be licensed to practice in Maryland. Experience working with children with autism and a strong understanding of early intervention principles are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized speech therapy services to children with autism
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement individualized goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless care
