Job Description:
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Wayne Wire Cloth Products, Inc. in Northwest Michigan. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain Windows 10 desktop and laptop computers.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage servers with emphasis on Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, virus scanning, RDP, VPN, and Exchange Server.
  • Coordinate, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming tickets, phone calls, and walk-up requests.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in providing technical support in a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and productivity software.
