Vehicle Inventory Supervisor $30,000 - $50,000 annually

Conicelli Autoplex is seeking a dedicated individual to become part of our team. The Vehicle Inventory Supervisor plays a crucial role in supporting the sales department through effective inventory management.

The compensation offered is based on the candidate's experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring the movement of over 300 vehicles as they arrive at our facility using manufacturer and dealership software.

Coordinating and overseeing the organization of this inventory upon arrival, which includes data entry, supervising lot attendants, and conducting physical inspections of the lot.


Collaborating with the sales team to facilitate sales and delivery processes

Providing accurate reports to our accounting department and manufacturers regarding all sold vehicles.

Coordinating vehicle trades with other dealerships, ensuring proper tracking and documentation for these transactions.

Essential Skills:
Proficient computer skills

Highly organized

Punctual and reliable

Friendly demeanor with the ability to foster relationships with local dealerships.

Team-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
