About the Role

CoolSys is seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and installation of refrigeration and HVAC systems to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and overhaul refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical and mechanical control devices.
  • Provide preventative maintenance activities for customers by diagnosing equipment malfunctions and operating deficiencies.
  • Test malfunctioning systems and components using electrical and mechanical skills.
  • Process job tickets and work orders in a timely manner.
  • Perform work on minor construction and remodeling projects, including startups of new installations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration installation.
  • Ability to work on equipment and possess excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
