Job Overview

M&R Trucking Specialists is seeking an experienced Class A CDL driver for an Over-the-Road (OTR) dry van position. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated weekly earnings for this position range from $1,200 to $1,500, with a mileage range of 1,500 to 2,100 miles per week. Additionally, drivers can earn stop pay at $15 per stop and may be eligible for Swift Driver Performance Bonus.

Job Responsibilities

This role involves performing live load, live unload, preload, and drop-and-hook assignments. Drivers will primarily haul loads to and from Michigan, with opportunities for consistent long-haul trips. The job requires engaging with variable routes and cold-weather conditions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Class A CDL license and reside within 200 miles of zip codes 48134 or 48164. Trainees and experienced drivers are welcome to apply. No special endorsements are required.

Home Time and Shifts

Drivers can expect home time every two weeks and shifts available during the day and night. Weekend work and holiday expectations are as customer needs dictate.
