We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Educator to join our team at Guidepost Montessori. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our students, aged 0-6, in a mixed-age class environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and Understand Children's Needs: Closely observe children to understand their individual needs and provide personalized support to foster their growth and development.
- Prepare a Supportive Environment: Prepare a beautiful, orderly environment that encourages independence, concentration, and a love for learning.
- Provide Individualized Support: Offer individual and small-group lessons to support each child's development, helping them to reach their highest potential.
- Build Personal Connections: Form personal connections with each child, cultivating a community of collaboration, respect, and empathy.
Requirements:
- Experience Working with Young Children: Previous experience working with children aged 0-6 is essential for this role.
