Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy sessions to address mental health concerns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and wrap-around care
- Diagnose mental health disorders based on observations and assessments
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address clients' needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities
Requirements:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Current state license to practice as a Psychotherapist or eligibility for licensure
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health conditions
- Active malpractice insurance during active practicing $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems
Benefits:
