Lead the Way in Sales and Service

NUCKOLLS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a leader in the industry, we pride ourselves on our passion and purpose, and we're looking for someone who shares our values.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer service, with a strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. They will be responsible for learning our process and systems, as well as leading a small team to achieve sales and service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results, and train and develop incoming team members
  • Use Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and report on team performance
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales and service goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a strong understanding of CRM systems

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
