Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in the dishroom.
  • Restock cook line, dining room, and bar areas with clean dishes, glasses, and silverware to ensure efficient service.
  • Remove trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain chemical levels of the dish machine and ensure proper functioning.
  • Assist fellow team members as needed to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
