The estimated salary for this position is $25/hr.

Job Summary:

  • Maintenance of Wind Turbine Fleet (60%): Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks on wind turbines to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults on wind turbines as they relate to mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems.
  • Perform pad mounted Transformer switching in accordance with all Energy Isolation Procedures.
  • Perform small or large corrective tasks on wind turbines.
  • Work as scheduled during the week and on call as required by manager.
  • Climb 300 ft. plus several times daily.
  • Maintain a high level of safety awareness at all times.
  • Work in an outdoor environment for an extended period of time.
  • Operate equipment including but not limited to forklifts and grounds keeping equipment.
  • Compliance & Administrative Record Maintenance (20%): Maintain accurate records of work completed, including documentation of safety procedures and compliance with regulations.
  • EH&S Documentation: Ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Complete necessary paperwork (work order, timesheet, tool and PPE inventory, and additional paperwork as necessary).
  • Add 'I Support for Sites (20%): Provide support to site teams as needed, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
