Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans in accordance with established policies and protocols.
- Coordinate patient care with members of the healthcare team, ensuring well-coordinated care and effective communication.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification within 6 months of hire date, BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date, and Licensed Associate Professional Registered Nurse (APRN) credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
