Key Responsibilities

Your Daily Leadership Activities May Include:

  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships across all levels of the client's organization, ensuring exceptional service by addressing all inquiries, concerns, and issues while maintaining consistent quality.
  • Collaborating with the client's team to assess and forecast staffing needs.
  • Conducting new hire orientations and preparatory training to ensure employees are well-prepared for their roles.
  • Implementing quality control measures to guarantee client satisfaction at all organizational levels.
  • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators to communicate with the client and identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications

We Value Competencies Such As: the ability to remain objective, attention to detail, dedication to continuous improvement, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a customer-service focus, intermediate proficiency in technology including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A background in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a workforce of 100 or more in a metrics-driven setting, is preferred.
