Position Overview:

As a Recreation Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting pool area while ensuring a delightful experience for all guests. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Sanitation Duties:** Regularly wash, mop, and maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck to uphold high hygiene standards.
2. **Guest Engagement:** Foster a fun and relaxing environment by displaying an enthusiastic attitude during all recreational activities.
3. **Safety Monitoring:** Observe all activities within the recreational facility, responding appropriately to any emergencies in line with established procedures.
4. **Rule Enforcement:** Promote and enforce the rules and regulations of the recreation facility, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
5. **Assistance Provision:** Provide necessary assistance to guests in need, especially in case of injuries, until emergency services arrive.
6. **Towel Management:** Efficiently obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company protocols.
7. **Incident Reporting:** Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training.

Qualifications:

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience:** No prior related work experience is necessary.
- **Certifications:** CPR and First Aid certifications are required, along with any other certifications mandated by local and state agencies.

Professional Standards:
Maintain a clean and professional appearance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop positive relationships with guests and colleagues, and demonstrate effective communication skills.
