Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supervising and coordinating maintenance crews in a 24/7 operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of TPM / Maintenance Excellence programs.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for actively mentoring, coaching, and holding accountable maintenance team members as it relates to safety, quality, productivity, continuous improvement, and team harmony. They will also effectively communicate job knowledge and process changes to maintenance team members and management through various forms of daily communication.

About You
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-6 years of experience in a Maintenance Management role within a manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree from an accredited University preferred (Engineering or related field of study).
